I served 34 years in the USMC retiring with rank of Colonel.

My son served 2 years in the USMC until he was injured in an accident at CLNC, rank of LCPL.

My grandson graduated as a PFC from Marine Corps Boot Camp at Parris Island on 9 Jan. 2004.

Career After USMC

Executive Secretary, Emergency Mobilization Preparedness Board an instrumentality of the National Security Council. (1981-1985) - Director of Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency. (1986-1993) Retired. (1993-1996) - Personal Trainer and Vice President, Lifestyle Fitness Incorporated. (1996-present)

Family Information

Married for 47 ˝ years to Nathalie Roche of Worcester, Massachusetts. She passed away on 8 March 2001 and her ashes are buried at Arlington National Cemetery. Children: Russell Lilley (the Marine) and 2 grandchildren: Justin and Shaun. Barbara Lilley (mother of Marine) and 3 grandchildren: Matthew (Marine), Adam and Karyn.
