Defending O.P, "Reno" Oct 26, 1952, when we repulsed two major assaults, by a numerically superior enemy force.  I was awarded the "Sliver Star" for this action.

Career After USMC

I worked for the U.S. Navy at Hunter's Point Naval Shipyard, S.P. Calif.  I was a planning Supervisor.  I retired in 1987 with a total of 36 years Government Service.
