I served in HQ 1st Bn/7th Mar at the Chosin under the command of Col. Ray Davis. A great guy and a Marines Marine. He must have been trained by Chesty. The Chosin was a period in my life that I will never forget. I am proud to have been a Marine, and I am even more proud of our current day Marines. God Bless Them All! At age 75 I am still active in the Marine Corps League.
Great website! You've done a nice job ... be proud. Pete Hale, Charlie Company, Seventh Marines, Korea 1951.

To Troy Watson and Major Donahue, Keep up the GOOD WORK !! Keep the pressure going up until the Jerk who decided to incarcerate, prior to charges is driven from his current assignment. He belongs on a brig, rather than "innocent until proven guilty, Marines" Joe R. Heath, Seattle WA Fmr. Sgt, Korea
My son Travis just finished Marine boot camp and combat training and now is waiting MO training. As a parent of a marine my heart goes out to the parents whos sons are being held in shackles and for the young men who are being held for doing what they have been trained to do. Thanks for this web site and for getting the word out.
God bless America, and God Bless the Marine's. Thanks for being their and doing the job that needs to be done.
SERVED IN PACIFIC THEATER AND WEST COAST 1942-1946
God Blessd the US Marine Corps and all the men who fought at Chosin Reservoir Nov-Dec 1950. Remember, those we left behind are THE CHOSIN and we, the survivors are The Chosin Few. God Bless our Marines presently at Camp Pandleton in chains and irons and without any charges.
I remember William Caley and the Mi Lai incident being played out similar to this. I was a corpsmen with "C" 1/5 1st Mar Div. in Nam and it turns my stomach to think Marines and Doggies (Army) atr given a job to do and then jailed. It is unconscionable that this can happen. Lets get these men free.
Outstanding, thank you. M.L. Griggs Captain USMCR HMM-164 Knightriders "86" - "89"
Great web-site, will go in my favorites. I am a PROUD former marine, Korea 1951-52 C-1-7 The people in Washington and the News media have convicted our young marines without evidence, obviously have never been in combat,( I have--not pretty). Sometimes we have to shoot first and ask questions later. GOD BLESS OUR MARINES AND SEMPER FI. .........Bill O'Mara
May God bless each and every one of you and my heart felt thanks for all the sacrifices you are making for those of us back home. I think of all of you each and every day. I did my duty in Osan, Pusan, and taegu in Korea after the Pueblo was taken by the north in 1968 but I had a holiday compared to you brave men and women.

As a proud member of the Marine Family, let me thank each and every one of you for your duty and honor to your Brothers and your Country. I have the distinct honor of volunteering at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial (The Wall) in Washington, DC. If I can be of help to anyone re rubbings of Names on the Wall, please contact me.
My great uncle Bud, a marine who survived WWII after twice escaping from Jap POW camps in the Pacific would be proud of your service. You are all doing him proud. Thank you for your service.
Great website! I will return when I have more time. As a retired AF NCO I say, God bless our Marines!
I'm a former Navy Corpman who served with the Marines in Vietnam in I Corp with 2nd CAG, from 12/ 68 to 10/69 when I got hit by a satchel charge. Of my 3 years 9months in the Navy, 2 years 9 months was with the Corps. So I kind of consider myself a Marine more than a Salior. If it wasn't for the Marines, I wouldn't be here today to talk about the Corps. For this Congressman and so called former Marine to claim 6 Marines and a Navy Corpsman guilty before they get there day in court, is a sad day not only for American justice, but for the Marines and military as a whole. I thought that the days of Roman Law" "Guilty until proven innocent" went by the way side when the US Constitution was radified in 1789. However maybe I am missing something!?!
Thanks for sharing........A marine sent this site and I've passed it along to military friends...
In regardsmto your duities fihghting the rag heads keep killing them anyw ay you can. life is not an open and close book like most poeple think, they havent a clue what is going on they feel safe and why, because guy's like you marines take action get wounded and get tortured for the sake of freedom. for me im not a yank, im not a fan of bush, but was a Royal Marine Commando with 45 Zulu Company, served in Northern Ireland and Central America where i was fortunate to work alongside Rangers and Marines many many years ago. my philosophy is close the doors keep your press out and kill the lot, it might need a cleansing to get them to understand that one day their might not be any moe Iraqi's around to say anyhting, same as in Afghanistan. God bless you all!!, but god is not on anyone side he does not exsist in battle. your rifle and your freind next to you, now that is closer you wiull get to God. keep going Marines God bless you my heart is with you and if i was yonger i would love to be there with my sniper rifle.
My Dad, a navy Doc, repaired marines at Iwo; he would be very proud of all the guys today. They are doing a great job. He was a member of the 4th Div. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, Frank Gladney
God Bless all the Marines and all service men who everyday put their lives on the line for us and strangers in other lands. I am shocked and in disbelief that any person could be outraged at any action our service men take in the name of war. I feel they do their best and are only human in their defense against utter lunatics. Keep up the good work and God speed to you in your safe return to U.S. soil.
Outstanding site Marines.Semper Fi Comm Plt. H&S Co. 2nd Radio Bn 1974 - 1978 Surviving brother of 1st Lt. Donald A. Minto.

Nice to see web sights about our Marines. I was H.S.T. in Vietnam in 1968 at Khe Sanh and Hill 881S. Was with the 3rd Marine Division.
Great web site Troy. Very cool stories. From one of those Air Force pukes you told stories about, just not a fly boy, I was K9.
Great web site. Thanks to all the Marines all over the world.
God bless our Marines, past and present.
After having served in my Marine Corps for over twenty years, I find it refreshing to read items such as these. I am once again reminded of what it is to be a MARINE. I am so glad I served. I only regret I am now too old to go kill ragheads.
I am a retired Marine Msgt who fought in Nam and the Gulf go for the Jarheads.
